Dear Patient, Regarding access to appointments; we are currently experiencing a very high demand for routine GP appointments.  The team will do their best at every contact to try and accommodate your request, however you may have to telephone the surgery more than once to secure a routine GP appointment.  Please be patient and kind to the reception team.
