Certification of COVID Vaccination
Your GP surgery is unable to offer you a certification of COVID vaccination, a vaccination passport or a letter to prove you have been vaccinated against Covid-19.
NHS App to show COVID vaccination status
Are you travelling abroad and needing proof of covid-19 vaccination status?
Gov.uk says GPs cannot provide letters showing your covid-19 vaccination status.
These are the current options:
Smartphone or Tablet
If you own a smartphone or ipad/tablet device, you can download the NHS App and access your vaccination status from the 17th of May.

Computer or Laptop
If you don’t own a smartphone or a tablet, you can access the NHS App via a computer or laptop.

Letter (from the 17th of May)
No devices? No Internet? No problem!
From the 17th of May, you can call NHS 119 and they will be able to post a letter to you.
You will need to provide details of the country you are travelling to to access this service.
