Proxy Access
Family members and Carers can access health services on behalf of someone else through linked profiles.
You can book appointments for them, order repeat prescriptions and view their health record, where appropriate.
To be able to link a profile you will need to contact reception of the surgery that the patient belongs to ask to be registered for proxy access.
