Online access to medical records
The NHS are improving patient online access to your medical records by allowing patients to view their full medical record for entries made after the 1st March 2022. If you already have online services, this change will be automatic so there will be no need to contact reception to have this service made available for you on your account.
However, if you have not previously registered for online services you will still be able to access your full medical record via online services. To access online services, you will need to sign up and create an account on the NHS app. Alliteratively you can download the application from our website which can be found here, then once completed please bring the application to the surgery with photographic identification.
