Healthwatch Wiltshire Patient Survey

Each year, Healthwatch Wiltshire sets its priorities for the year ahead based on the experiences that we hear from local people. Healthwatch Wiltshire would like your views to help them plan what they should be focusing on over the next 12 months. The responses to this survey will be collated and put into a report. All responses are confidential and will be anonymised, no individuals will be named in the report. We will use all feedback received to inform those who run the services in Wiltshire to help them understand what could be improved or developed in the future.
