How do I register to view my record?
Call at reception and bring some photo identification with you (such as a passport, driving licence or student card) as we will need to verify your identification. We will not be able to give you your access letter without this ID verification.
If I have already completed the application form to access other online services such as making or cancelling an appointment, ordering a repeat prescription, will I automatically be able to view my medical record summary?
No. To ensure your data is kept secure, you will need to complete the form again and provide photo ID.
For security reasons we cannot give out account details by phone, email or post.
Once the terms and conditions of online access have been agreed, you will be provided with login details. It is your reposnsibilty to keep your login details and password safe and secure.
