It is the responsibility of the patient to obtain all test results – both normal and abnormal
If you haven’t received notification of your test results (either by SMS text, telephone, or by post) within the timescales outlined below please telephone the surgery to obtain your result.
If you are looking for the results of a test that has been requested by a hospital doctor following an out-patient appointment or a stay in hospital, it is usual that the test result would be returned to them. In these circumstances you may be may be asked to contact the hospital direct
