If you are making an appointment for an on-going illness we encourage you to try and see the same doctor for follow-up care.
GPs have routine appointments available between 8:30am to 11:30am and 2:30pm to 5:30pm Monday – Friday. Please call 01249 712232 to make an appointment.
We have a number of appointments that are pre-bookable up to 3 weeks in advance.
Each day our computer releases a selection of appointments sooner than the 2 weeks – depending on the GPs’ working patterns.
If what we have available doesn’t suit, you are welcome to phone on any day to see if there is a more convenient appointment to suit your needs.
Telephoning for an appointment rather than coming into the surgery ensures 100% patient confidentiality.
Extended Access Routine GP Appointments
Each week we offer some early morning appointments from 7.30 am and some evening appointments up to 7.30 pm. We also offer routine appointments on alternate Saturday mornings.
Daily Duty Surgery
Patients will be asked to provide the following:
- A brief outline of the symptoms
- How long have they had them
- Whether they have previously seen a GP or nurse with this ailment?

Nurse Clinics
There are a variety of Nurse led clinics running between 8:00am and 6:30pm – Monday to Friday
Although we have up to three appointment telephone lines available, this number can get very busy first thing in the morning. If it is engaged, please be patient and keep trying. The receptionists will answer it as quickly as they can.
