Accessing appointments
All patients calling to request a GP appointment will be asked to complete the quick and easy online form.

Patients who do not have access to the internet or are unable to use the form can still call the surgery and one of our reception team will complete the form with you, this will then be sent to the doctor in the same way as patients using the online link.
Once the form is submitted, a doctor will review the form and determine the most appropriate action based on the information provided in the form. You will receive a response within one working day.
Please note that the form is only accessible between 07:30 am and 17:30 pm Monday to Friday.

If you are making an appointment for an on-going illness we encourage you to try and see the same doctor for follow-up care.
GPs have routine appointments available between 8:30am to 11:30am and 2:30pm to 5:30pm Monday – Friday.
We have a number of appointments that are pre-bookable up to 2 weeks in advance.
Each day our computer releases a selection of appointments sooner than the 2 weeks – depending on the GPs’ working patterns.
If what we have available doesn’t suit, you are welcome to phone on any day to see if there is a more convenient appointment to suit your needs.
Using the booking link sent to you or telephoning for an appointment rather than coming into the surgery ensures 100% patient confidentiality.
Extended Access Routine GP Appointments
Each week we offer some evening appointments up to 8.00 pm. We also offer routine appointments on some Saturday mornings.

Nurse Clinics
There are a variety of Nurse led clinics running between 8:00am and 6:30pm – Monday to Friday
Although we have up to three appointment telephone lines available, this number can get very busy first thing in the morning. If it is engaged, please be patient and keep trying. The receptionists will answer it as quickly as they can.
